    Description

This unique cross stitch was designed and executed by Mrs. Blake C. Clark of Greensboro, North Carolina, and based upon the "76" on the lower right of the house, I believe it was created in 1976 for the Bicentennial!! It depicts the Francis McNairy House, completed in 1762, which stood near the Battle of Guildford Courthouse, during the Revolutionary War!! Legend has it that it was used as a field hospital during the battle by physician David Caldwell!! It is in MINT condition with no damage and the wooden frame is solid with very minor wear!! Approx. 16" X 16" overall!!
Quoted shipping charges are based on the farthest zone from me, so if you live in closer proximity to Greensboro, NC, the cost will go down!! I refund overcharges less a small packing & handling fee, so even if you pay the quoted charge you will not be overcharged!! BUT PLEASE WAIT FOR INVOICING to maximize your potential refund as eBay now charges a final value fee on the shipping too!!
