LOT of 3 CARDBOARD TOILET PIN CUBES, Antique Sewing Item, w/ Pins & Labels

Lot of 3 antique sewing items -- TOILET PIN CUBES -- were likely produced in the early 1900s. These were all made in Germany. These pieces are made of cardboard and they measure between approximately 1.5 and 2.5 inches. There are a series of glass-headed toilet pins inserted to the sides of each cube -- there were originally between 100 and 300 hundred pins, depending the the size. However, it appears that quite a few of the pins are either missing or have lost their glass heads. There are company labels on each of the cubes. Please refer to the attached images for more information on size, construction, and condition. Overall condition: Solid VG..... In addition to the missing pins, the cardboard and paper labels may have light surface wear and/or a bit of soiling -- but the cubes are all intact, with no holes, cuts, or other more serious flaws. Overall, this interesting lot will display quite well. ***************************************** PLEASE NOTE: I am NOT an expert on vintage sewing items. My mom -- Nancy Moran -- was a longtime collector and she especially loved sewing memorabilia and antique buttons. She is downsizing, so my brother and I am helping her sell some of her collections. (You can find the items my brother is listing at sellmomsstuff1). But I am not completely familiar with all the terminology and intricacies of her collecting specialties. I try to use various notes she left with items to describe them to the best of my ability, but understand that any terms I use in describing these items, may not be terms I am familiar or experience with. I am also not knowledgeable on the hobby criteria in condition grading -- so I use my condition grades in a commonsense manner -- as if grading any collectible -- they are not based on any specific hobby standards.
