Packs are washed in our commercial washer before they are serviced for repairs but even after washing, these packs will have an odor. These packs are still fully functional and can be used as originally intended, however you may notice Minor fraying, stains, or very small holes at the bottom of pack where stiffener rubs on bottom. Bigger holes and rips will be repaired by one of our professional in-house seamstresses. The inner water resistant liner will most likely also be deteriorating.
